Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

We will accepts returns on regular priced merchandise for store credit ONLY. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receiving your shipment/item. 

Returned item must be in the same condition that you received it; unaltered, unwashed, unworn, without makeup stains, have all tags attached and in its original packaging.  No exceptions.

All items being returned will by at the buyers expense. 

Refunds will be issued for store credit only and for the purchase price paid for the merchandise.  Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.

All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes must still be in new condition, unworn, without stains and returned in their original shoe box, if shoe box is damaged $5 will be deducted for box damage. If shoes show or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted and will be returned to customer at their expense.

All returns that do not meet our return policy will be subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee.

To exchange merchandise for another product, color or style your store credit must be used. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

If any returned item shows signs of being altered, washed, stained, tags have been removed or item has any signs it was used or worn, it will not be accepted as a return and the buyer will be responsible for all reshipment fees.   

All sale items, headwear, earrings, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products), gift cards, accessories, bras, bralettes, bodysuits, cami's are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

If sale, and nonrefundable merchandise are returned, reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANSDISE:

Immediately upon receiving your package please inspect your entire order for defects or damaged items.  If you feel you have received an item that is defective or damaged please email us with your order number, concerns,  and a picture of the item with the defect or damage within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.  customerservice@barbededgeboutique.com

 

GIFT CARD DISCLAIMER:

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not to exceed the remaining credit balance on the card.  Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are redeemable online at barbededgeboutique.com

To start a return for store credit please contact us at customerservice@barbededgeboutique.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without requesting a return will not be accepted.
