Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping.  All return shipping is at the customers expense.  

For orders 74.99 and under have a Flat Shipping Rate of $5.99. Tracking information is provided by email to the customer at the time the order has shipped. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours excluding weekends (Saturday,& Sunday) 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Barbed Edge Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments. Please contact your local post office.     

Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
